Online 311 Citizen Request Center


We are pleased to offer an online service that allows residents & businesses to request a service, ask a question, notify city officials of potential problems/concerns and suggest areas of improvement.

The Online 311 Citizen Request Center is staffed only during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday). For your own safety, do not use the Online 311 Citizen Request Center to report natural gas odors or power outages. Please call the City’s 24-hour customer service line at (513) 785-7550 to report a power outage, downed wire or to report a natural gas odor in your home or business. Natural gas odor reports can also be submitted 24 hours a day by dialing 911.
